These Terms govern your use of the “Mẹo Vặt Mỗi Ngày” application and website (the “Service”), operated by Do Thanh Qui (the “Operator”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a personal content tool that helps the Operator create short life-tip videos and publish them to the Operator’s own social media accounts, including TikTok via the official TikTok Content Posting API.

3. Acceptable use

• Only the Operator’s own original or properly licensed content is published.
• The Service is not used to post spam, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
• Use of TikTok is subject to TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

4. Content ownership

The creator retains all rights to the videos they produce. The Service merely uploads and publishes that content to the creator’s own accounts at the creator’s direction.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or from third-party platforms.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
