This Privacy Policy explains how the “Mẹo Vặt Mỗi Ngày” application and website (the “Service”), operated by Do Thanh Qui (the “Operator”), handles data. The Service is a personal tool used by a single creator to publish their own videos.

1. Information we access

• TikTok account access: when the creator connects their TikTok account through TikTok’s official login (OAuth), the Service receives an access token used to upload and publish videos.
• Basic profile info: the connected account’s display name/username, used only to identify which account is connected.
• Video files: the videos the creator produces and chooses to publish.

We request only the permissions needed to upload and publish the creator’s own videos (video upload & publishing, and basic profile info).

2. How we use the information

The information is used solely to upload and publish the creator’s own videos to the creator’s own TikTok account, at the creator’s direction.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or any third party for marketing.
• We do not collect data about TikTok viewers or other users.
• We do not access content, messages, or accounts that do not belong to the creator.
• We do not use the data for profiling or advertising.

4. Data storage & retention

Access tokens are stored securely on the Operator’s own machine and are used only to publish videos. You can revoke the Service’s access at any time from your TikTok account settings (Security & permissions → Apps). When access is revoked or disconnected, the related token is removed.

5. Third-party services

The Service publishes through Postiz, a self-hosted scheduling tool run on the Operator’s own infrastructure, and through the official APIs of the platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram). Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok’s own Privacy Policy.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date will reflect changes.
