These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "Do Thanh Qui" application ("the App"), a personal tool used by its owner to create, schedule, and publish their own short-form videos to their own connected social media accounts (such as TikTok and YouTube).
The App lets its owner upload videos they created and publish or schedule those videos to social media accounts that the owner has explicitly connected and authorized. The App acts only on behalf of the authenticated account owner.
You may use the App only with social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You agree to comply with the terms and policies of any connected platform, including the TikTok Developer Terms and Community Guidelines.
You retain ownership of all content you upload and publish through the App. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and the policies of each platform.
You agree not to use the App to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, or spam content, or to violate any platform's rules. The App must not be used to abuse platform APIs.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that publishing to third-party platforms will always succeed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
